HOW CAN WE BOOK?
Our booking process is very simple. After your free initial consultation, an email will be sent to you with a brief questionnaire. Simply fill out the questionnaire to let us know that you wish to book, or to let us know that you have opted for another direction. Once you have submitted the questionnaire, you will be sent a contract and an invoice. A 25% non-refundable retainer is due at the time your contract is signed.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
From the moment you say "Yes," we are here to help you map out all of the next steps. Most couples begin their planning journey between 11-14 months prior to their wedding date. While our tried and true process is designed to apply less pressure on our clients, time constraints do have the potential to make wedding planning a more stressful endeavor. To ensure the best experience for all, we require at least 9 months to plan.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU PLAN EACH YEAR?
We proudly serve a select 15 weddings per year, ensuring that each and every one receives the utmost focus and individualized attention they truly deserve. This exclusivity allows us to devote ample time and resources to comprehensively address the unique needs and aspirations of our distinguished clients.

Our expertise and love for crafting unforgettable experiences makes weddings our primary focus. Nonetheless, we are more than happy to extend our services to assist with baby showers, birthday celebrations, and other special events for our cherished past wedding clients. Our commitment to creating lifelong memories transcends beyond the wedding day, as we endeavor to be a part of your life's most precious moments.
CAN YOU WORK WITHIN OUR BUDGET?
Various factors influence a couple's total wedding investment, including the number of guests and the market rates of their selected location. While we don't impose a fixed minimum budget for the events we manage, we generally observe that our clients invest around $400 - $700 per guest.
